David Wade
David qualified as a Solicitor in 1988 and joined Eric Bowes & Co shortly after. He became a partner at the firm in 1995 and is now the sole principal and heads the firm's family department. He has over 20 years experience specialising in the area of family law. He undertakes work in the high court, county court and family proceedings court. He is experienced in all aspects of marriage and relationship breakdown.

Elaine Townsend
Elaine joined the firm as the conveyancing manager in February 2008. She has been involved in conveyancing for over thirty years. Maninder Phull
Maninder is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in private client work. Gurbinder Gill
Gurbinder Gill is a senior solicitor and is in charge of our housing department. He qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has been at the firm since being admitted. He is a housing law and litigation expert and is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association.
Gurbinder has been involved in a number of important cases to the higher courts in housing law and the more recent unanimous decision of the European Court of Human Rights in McCann -v- United Kingdom [2008] FLR 899 ECHR. The landmark ruling in the McCann case will probably lead to a change or clarification of English law in respect of property rights. The judgement was described by one leading property barrister as "the most important UK housing law judgement in over 100 years".
